Our sweet baby girl, Arya Aubrey Adakai, arrived on April 23, 2026 🤍

We were told she was a boy throughout the pregnancy, so discovering she was a girl at birth was one of the most beautiful surprises we could have ever experienced. Her middle name, Aubrey, is especially meaningful to us—it’s my dad’s middle name, and we’re so honored to carry that connection forward.

We’re settling into life with our newest little love, and in true form, I’ll be returning to work Fridays and Saturdays as I balance both family and my clients. Thank you all for your continued support, patience, and loyalty—it truly means more than I can say.

Last week was crazy busy! Back to school haircuts!!

I’m a reformed people-pleaser. Sometimes you just have to set boundaries out of respect for yourself and other client’s appointment times.
When you fire clients who have no respect for your time, you make room for more clients who deserve your time💗💗
I pay a lot of money for my shop and a babysitter while I’m working. Every moment I spend at my shop is very valuable as it also takes irreplaceable time away from my family. I love my job and all of my loyal clients so much!
