2 days of bootcamp! Woo let me tell you the first time I did bootcamp I was so sore for a whole week. I said to myself after my first workout who is crazy enough to do this two days in a row. Boy, did I put my foot in my mouth! Now I am that crazy person who does bootcamp two days in a row.

Started my morning off with day 11 AAA and in the afternoon went for a mile run 🏃🏻♀️ around my neighborhood.

Yesterday was a successful nutrition and workout day. Started off my morning with one of my favorite pod cast by the lead coach on our Team Motivated to Inspire . For breakfast of course I had my shakeology. Then lunch had a healthy choice power bowl. Once I got off work I did Cardio Flow in . Let me tell you I was dripping sweat 😓. I ended my day with dinner made by seared summer steak.

Started the morning off with leg day from 80 day obsession. For breakfast, a cup of green tea 🍵 with lemon 🍋 and honey 🍯 and my shakeology mixed with frozen berries, oat Milk, digestive boost, collagen boost, and PB2.
No gym? No problem ! has an amazing workout out on called 10 Rounds. Thank you for bringing the gym to me in the comfort of my own home 🏡. I cannot wait to see my results at the end of this program. 🎥 credit to

It’s been one amazing week with these ladies. Did a friendly competition with our crew to see how many people would show up at 5:30 am and 6:30 am and the 5:30 crew won. I am so proud to have been part of the 5:30 crew! It absolutely helped motivate me to roll out of bed and press play! Today we did a celebration call and workout with everyone and it was a blast! I hope we do it again. Now I am going to try and get up every morning with these ladies and start our day right! Truly do wish we all lived closer to each other! You ladies rocked it !

Haven’t posted in a little bit but I have been in my construction 🚧 zone. First picture is Week one ☝🏼 before photos of this amazing program and the second is now in week 4! Wow what a freaking difference. My body has changed so much and I couldn’t be more proud ! My affirmation card today couldn’t me more on point or shall I say on Pointe 🩰! At the end a sweaty 🥵 selfie 🤳 to top it off from W4 Cardio workout!

Today I Am Strong 💪🏼! I chugged my energize got to work! Phase 2 Week 3. My balance has gotten a lot better since day 1 of this program! I can’t wait to see my results at the end of these 60 days !

Personal Development is a huge goal for me in 2020. The start of of my collection of Personal Development books. Finishing up reading Girl Stop Apologizing then on to Get Over Your Damn Self. I can’t wait to see all the things I learn after reading all these books.
