Stay in the lower level of this country home. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with a queen and a bunkbed , full bathroom, kitchenette and a clothes washer and dryer in the utility room.
You will rent the entire lower level which will sleep up to 4 adults and 2 kids. We charge a mininum of three nights @ $109 per night for two guests and $10 for each additional guest per night.
In addition to the inside, we have a large covered patio where you can grill out or use the pellet smoker while enjoying the view overlooking our young orchard in the background. We also have a firepit just off the patio where you can make those infamous smores!
PLEASE NO ANIMALS as we take pride in keeping our house very clean for our guests.
Smoking allowed outside only.

Get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and come on out and stretch your legs on our 20 acre farmette, your home away from home located between Sparta and Crossville. Tennessee's playground!

We have 8 beautiful (free) state parks located within an hour away and 18 golf courses within an hour away with 15 of them under 45 minutes, and 4 under 30 minutes away.
