C-R Day Service LLC

Adult day services may prevent, postpone, or reduce the need for institutional placement. Staff includes the Director/Nurse, RN consultant, Activity Director, and PCWs. The wellness of the participants will be monitored on a daily basis. Staff will provide the following; Care and Supervision along with personal cares per partcipant need, ability to maintain independence and dignity while establishing friendship, nutritious meals and snacks, activities, medication administration/supervision and assistance, outings and socialization.
