To most people, this is just a bin of shampoo bars, to me, it’s years of learning.

It’s every formula we tested, every batch we tweaked, every ingredient we researched, every piece of customer feedback we listened to, and every little improvement that got us here.

Our shampoo bars today aren’t the same ones we made years ago, and that’s something we are proud of. We never settled for “good enough.” We kept asking how we could make them lather better, rinse cleaner, last longer, leave hair softer, and work for more people.

And this bin? It didn’t fill itself.
It represents hours of mixing, pouring, weighing, rolling, curing, wrapping, labeling, stocking shelves, packing orders, and the hands of an incredible team that pours their heart into every single bar. It’s amazing how much work, and how many people, it takes to fill something that, at first glance, looks so ordinary.

The best part? So many of you have been on that journey with us. You’ve trusted us through the changes, shared your experiences, celebrated the improvements, and helped shape the products they are today.

Sometimes I look at a bin full of shampoo bars, and I don’t just see products. I see years of persistence, countless hours of work, a team that cares deeply about what we create, and a community that believed in us every step of the way.

After spending the last year introducing new soaps, seasonal releases, and limited collections, we realized some of the bars that have quietly become the foundation of 1924 don’t always get the attention they deserve.
