Lets talk about the biggest myth in my industry that irks me TOXINS

Early massage therapy and spa culture heavily relied on holistic, “detoxifying” language. Terms like “toxins,” “purge,” and “release” sound appealing to clients and make the effects feel tangible.

This language is easy to sell. People want to believe that their stiffness, fatigue, or soreness is from “toxins” that can be flushed out. It makes massage seem magical.

So let me tell all of you right now there is no toxins releasing and if I'm releasing anything that your liver and your kidneys can't take care of you have bigger problems and need to see a doctor immediately
