Up for other opinions. But me personally I feel that new barbers shouldn’t use fibers/enhancements their first year coming out of barber school or OJT unless you were properly shown how to use them. I feel that a new barber should focus more on their raw and natural skill of their craft before trying to enhance their work. It’s like painting a car before sanding and priming it. You have to prep your skill set the same way. If not, then you just end up using enhancements to try and cover imperfections. I feel that’s lazy and just shows that you are in the industry strictly for the benefits without care of the client you are servicing…..what’s your take on it??
