Oasis Massage & Reiki

Don't let stress become your fall accessory!

Between busy schedules, cooler weather and everything that comes with the changing season, it's easy to put self-care at the bottom of your list.

A massage can be a wonderful way to pause, relax and reconnect with your body.

This October, give yourself permission to take a break.

You deserve time to breathe, relax and feel your best.

Your body will thank you!

Stress journal for the body.

Once this week, jot down where your body holds tension (neck, jaw, shoulders, low back). Bring that awareness to your massage session so we can focus work where you need it most.

Screen break reminder.

Every 45-60 minutes, look away from screens, focus your eyes on something across the room, roll your shoulders, and take 3 slow breaths. Tiny breaks reduce the tension that builds up between massages.

Cozy season is here.

Warm drinks, soft blankets, sweaters, earlier sunsets and hopefully...a little more time to slow down.

Pair all that autumn coziness with something your body will thank you for; intentional self-care.

Whether that means a quiet evening at home, a walk among the changing leaves, or time on the massage table, give yourself permission to relax.

Your nervous system deserves some cozy, too!

Your body has a way of telling you when it needs a little extra care.

Cooler temperatures, busy schedules, less outdoor time and the natural shift into a new season can leave us feeling tense and tired.

Consider this your autumn reminder to check in with yourself.

* Are your shoulders carrying extra tension?
* Are you getting enough rest?
* When was the last time you truly relaxed?

Give your body the attention it's been asking for.

A gentle reminder to slow down this fall.

As the leaves change and the days grow shorter, nature gives us a beautiful invitation to pause, breathe and take a little better care of ourselves.

Massage can be a wonderful way to release built up tension, quiet a busy mind and reconnect with your body.

This season, make space for rest. You deserve it.

You deserve a spot on the calendar.

Make yourself part of the schedule this school year.

As the kids settle into their new routines, take a moment to think about what your body needs, too.

A quiet hour.
A chance to relax.
A little less tension.
A massage.

Self-care isn't selfish. It's maintenance.

Tension check

New school supplies? Check
Backpacks ready? Check
New routines? Check
Massage scheduled? 🤔

If the answer to that last one is no, consider this your sign!

Back-to-school routines can mean more time sitting, driving, working and carrying stress in your neck and shoulders.

Give yourself a little TLC and head into the new season feeling your best.

Little rituals after your session

After your next massage, drink water, take a slow 5-minute walk, and give yourself a quiet 10 minutes before jumping back into screens and errands. This helps your body fully absorb the benefits.
