With inflation and the economy, prices all around are rising and it is time I bump my rates as well, considering I’ve kept the same rates since opening.

I am being intentional with my increases, both by reducing partial time increments over an hour, as well as offering a CASH DISCOUNT that will help offset the increase for those who wish to utilize that option.

I also still accept Zelle, Venmo, and check payment – although these will not be discounted.

The rates will be implemented starting September 1st 2026.

Hi all! Still recovering. They said expect 6-12 months! Yikes!

However, I'm starting back up very tentatively with my existing clients beginning August 17th. The appointment slots are very limited because I do NOT want to overdo it.

I'll start consults and new clients beginning in September.

I'm looking forward to easing back into it and seeing you all!

Back home. Feeling "normal-ish"
All drains are out and wearing compression everything. A bit tender everywhere, but moving more freely. I'm not ready to see clients yet ...but I miss you all and will be excited to see you soon!!!!

Big surgery went well the 14th.
Closed everything up the 17th.
Discharged from the hospital the 20th with a planned week in Sioux Falls for recovery.

It's uncomfortable but not agony. Healing is happening...on its own schedule. ;)

Time is flying this year and my surgery is coming up July 14th in Sioux Falls so we will be leaving the 13th.

Recovery time is unknown, but rest assured, I'm eager to get back to you all as soon as I'm able!

It will most likely be at least 6-8 weeks (so probably September ish), however, so if you are one of my "regulars" it might be good to get in before I leave. Slots are quickly filling, so message me sooner rather than later and keep me in your thoughts! ;)
