the goal for this treatment was to restore volume and symmetry. a couple things I prioritize to achieve results like this:
→ product selection — choosing a filler that’s appropriate for the patient’s lip tissue and goals. a softer filler allows for more seamless integration into the tissue, helping the lips look hydrated and natural.
→ product amount — utilizing a conservative amount and placing it strategically to improve structure, reduce risk of migration, creating soft and long lasting results.

Contrary to popular belief… you don’t have to look “frozen” with neuromodulator treatments ✨
One of the biggest misconceptions about Botox & Dysport is that movement completely disappears. This doesn’t always have to be the case. The goal is not to change your face or make you completely expressionless — it’s to soften lines while still looking like you.
Now don’t get me wrong… some people love a very smooth or “frozen” result, and that’s not bad or abnormal when done tastefully.
It’s also important to understand that dose often impacts duration. Typically, the more units used, the longer results may last… but more isn’t always better.
Finding the right dose and treatment pattern for your unique anatomy takes time, consistency, and collaboration with your injector. There’s no crystal ball to predict exactly how your muscles will respond or what level of movement you’ll personally love most.
Choosing a softer approach with fewer units and more residual movement may also mean results wear off sooner. Again, dose typically equals duration.
