💳 CARD ON FILE REQUIRED FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS
🚫 LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE = 100% FEE
🚫 NO-SHOWS = 100% FEE

We understand that life happens. Sickness, emergencies, loss, sick kiddos, and unexpected situations are sometimes unavoidable. Please communicate with us as soon as possible when something comes up, and we will always do our best to be understanding.

That said, we have been far too lenient with our cancellation policy, and moving forward, we will be enforcing it more consistently.

When you book an appointment, that time is reserved specifically for you. A last-minute cancellation or no-show means that time often cannot be filled, and our stylists lose income they depend on.

We love you, we appreciate you, and we want to continue taking care of you, but we also have to take care of our stylists. 🤍
