✨ Something is beginning to take form at Willow Springs Sacred Living. ✨

For quite some time, I’ve had ideas swirling around in my mind… lessons, teachings, creations, gatherings, and little sparks of inspiration that seemed to be coming from everywhere.

Today, something finally clicked.

The scattered pieces came together.
The puzzle started making sense.
And what has been living in my heart and rattling around in my mind finally found its way onto paper.

🔥 The Ace of Wands.
The spark. The beginning. The creative fire.

And now… it’s time to follow that spark.

I’m currently creating a beautiful new home for Willow Springs Sacred Living—a website that will hold so much more than what I currently offer.

There will still be healing.
There will still be massage.
There will still be sacred space and connection.

But there will also be teaching.

Lessons.
Creative experiences.
Ways to learn, explore, create, and reconnect with the magic that already lives within you.

I’m not ready to share all the details just yet. Some things are still very close to my heart, and I want to allow them the time and space they need to become exactly what they are meant to be.

But I am ready to say…

There is more coming. 🌿

And it is something I have dreamed about for a very long time.

So while I put the final pieces together, keep an eye on Willow Springs Sacred Living.

The website is coming.
The lessons are coming.
The magic is coming.

And I have a feeling this is only the beginning. ✨

🌿 Sunday Meditation Circles are coming back to Willow Springs! 🌿

My space is set up, my meditation area is ready, and honestly… I’m SO excited to start meditation circles again. 🥹

I’ve been feeling the need for a quiet place to slow down, ground myself, and reset before stepping into a new week.

So I thought…

Why not open the space up to other women who might need that too? 🤎

Starting in September, I’m thinking about making Sunday evenings from 5–7 PM a weekly meditation circle at Willow Springs Sacred Living.

This will be a small, intimate gathering where we can:

🧘‍♀️ Meditate
🌿 Ground & reconnect
🫖 Share tea and snacks
💬 Have meaningful conversation
✨ Release the week behind us and set our intentions for the week ahead

And I'm intentionally keeping this VERY small — only 4 women per circle.

I want there to be enough space for everyone to breathe, settle in, and feel comfortable. So if you'd like to join us, please let me know ahead of time so I can reserve your spot.

There is no charge to attend. If you feel called to leave a donation, you're welcome to, but there is absolutely no expectation.

Honestly, I'm doing this because I need this space too. ❤️

I need the pause.
I need the grounding.
I need the quiet.
I need the reminder that I don't have to carry everything into Monday.

So I'm opening my doors and inviting a few women to come sit with me.

Before you rush into another week, take a moment to check in with yourself.

Your body keeps the score of what your mind tries to push through.

So today, unclench your jaw.
Drop your shoulders.
Take a deep breath.
And give yourself permission to put something down.

You don't have to carry everything.

Today I received a much-anticipated email from an Elder—someone I consider one of the most authentic human beings I've ever had the privilege of knowing. She has inspired me since the very first day we met almost a year ago. Her presence feels like home. Not a home that can be found on a map, but the kind of home that lives in the heart—the feeling so many of us spend our lives yearning for.

My application was accepted!

Out of more than 200 applications, only 12 souls were chosen, and I have the honor of being part of the Founding Cohort at The Medicine House.

When I was told to check my email, my heart overflowed with love and gratitude. I wept tears of joy, humility, and deep appreciation.

I look forward to learning the medicine Ayla has to offer. I look forward to sitting with this medicine over the next year, and, if Great Spirit is willing, one day sharing it with others.

I know my mission is to continue remembering who I truly am.

I am a medicine woman.

I know that truth in the deepest part of my being. I came here to help others awaken their own inner physician, to remember the wisdom that already lives within them, and to rekindle their own inner flame.

I am beyond grateful for this opportunity. I am deeply grateful to every person who has supported, encouraged, and believed in me along this journey. Your love has helped carry me to this moment.

With a full heart, I say thank you. The journey continues. 🤍
