These photos were taken exactly 2 years apart at my nieces birthday parties. 2022 (when I started my wellness journey) and this year. They are proof that even though I am far from perfect, every good choice I've made is paying off.

Moving more. Eating better. Avoiding bad habits. All the little things are adding up, and it feels good. A few body contouring treatments didn't hurt, either.

Looking back on this summer brings me so much happiness. But anyone who knows me knows I'm a true creep, through and through. The halloween season was made for me and my gremlins.

So, it's only fitting that my wedding anniversary and business anniversary are in October. I'm coming up on my first full year as a small business owner, and I want to thank all of my clients from the bottom of my heart! My dreams are coming true because of each of you.

After one radio frequency session.... when I tell you I can and will help you feel better, I mean it.

This week will be my last at Free Motion Physical Therapy. Although I love my job and my people there, life is taking me in a new direction. I will be focusing on It's a Vibe and working part time at AKP. With that being said, Free Motion is looking for a massage therapist to work 2 days a week. My girl after 3 cellulite treatments! Her skin is tighter, which makes her b***y look lifted, her stretch marks are lighter, and her cellulite is less visible.

Cellulite it tougher than tummy fat. Therefore, it takes 3+ treatments to start seeing that fat breakdown. But the RF skin tightening is noticeable after the first appointment.
