Well here we go again! Just a small detour to get into the salon until Sept 2nd. Best to come in from Monroe and park in the back parking lot.

Effective this week the City of Spokane is resurfacing Garland Ave from Monroe St to Maple St. there is one lane access on Garland Ave. please come around to the back parking lot as there is no street parking. Thank you for your patience. It will be amazing when it is finished!

Hi everyone! Today and tomorrow our corner of Garland Ave and Madison St is under construction 🚧 so please park west of our business for unobstructed entry to the front door or please feel free to use our back door #1. If locked please knock!

To all of our clients,

Its time! We have missed you all so much! Below are the requirements set by the state in order for us to provide services to you.

1. You must self-screen for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 before arriving at the Salon. If you have a fever (100.4F) or feel unwell, please stay home. We will get you rescheduled!

2. You are required to wear a face mask, please put it on before you leave your vehicle to enter the salon.

3. No guests or visitors are allowed. Just one on one with your stylist. Caretakers are the exception.

4. Remain in your vehicle and message or call the salon 325-1650 when you arrive. We will let you know when it is safe to enter. There are a lot of cleaning protocols that we need to do after each client. Only one client at a time will be allowed through the front door. No backdoor entry.

5. Your stylist will meet you at the door and show you to their station. There you can sanitize your hands.

6. Our COVID-19 Plan is posted in the salon. It includes all the measures and protocols we are taking to keep you and our stylists safe.

We will be personally contacting clients who had appointments scheduled during shut down. Our rescheduling of appointments will be in the order that appointments needed to be canceled.

We at Concepts a hair salon are sorry to tell you we will be closed for the next 2 weeks as ordered by Governor Inslee. We will be monitoring our telephones and returning all calls. We are so sorry for the inconvenience that this causes all of our wonderful family of clients. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with all of you and we want you all to be healthy. We look forward to being able to be with you again soon!

On Covid-19

The safety and well-being of our customers and staff is our top priority at Concepts a hair salon. To that end I would like to take the time to to share how we are addressing the rising concerns regarding Covid-19.
We are closely monitoring the situation and are following the latest guidelines from the WHO, US CDC. Out of an abundance of caution, we are taking all the necessary steps to provide a safe and healthy work environment.
In addition to our standard sanitation and health procedures, these further measures include:
-Increasing the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting all areas.
-To have hand sanitizer available for guests and staff.
-Encouraging staff to report any illnesses they are experiencing and to stay home if they are sick.

Our team at Concepts a hair salon will closely follow the latest updates to make timely decisions and take action where needed. We know this is a difficult situation and we want you to know we are here for you. We will do everything we can to help our friends, customers and community stay safe.
