So we come to the final episode, ever, of Game of Thrones. I can’t believe it’s almost over!

I’ve heard so many people complaining about the storyline, but all I can agree on is that this season has seemed too rushed. But the real questions on all our minds tonight is who will survive and who will finally claim the Iron Throne. How can the cards enlighten us? I choose to ask “who will win the Game of Thrones?”

The cards drawn are The King of Coins, The Magician, and The Empress. The King of Coins features Littlefinger, the Master of Coin. It was certainly his machinations with money that created havoc in Westeros. TheMagician also features Littlefinger, and speaks of having all the tools, but also of trickery, misdirection, chicanery. And for all his hard work and deeds, ultimately to gain the throne for himself, he was executed. The Empress is a card of abundance and nurturing and features Daenerys Targaryen. Will she be the ultimate matriarch and authority in Westeros, uniting the Seven Kingdoms? Or will she loose her life for burning and leveling King’s Landing? If Daenerys’ supporters turn against her, or if she feels she has been betrayed by Tyrion and Jon and seeks their deaths, who will be left to take the throne? My bet is on Sansa. The cards show two people who have schemed and broken faith with their people, by their heinous acts. I’m projecting that Daenerys will go down, as no one wants or will tolerate another “mad” Targaryen on their Iron Throne. And in will march Sansa and the rule she has been in training for since she first set foot in King’s Landing. Will she win the Game of Thrones or die?

Asking the Game of Thrones Tarot “what do we need to know about the penultimate episode?” I drew the Seven of Spears, the King of Spears, and the Seven Of Coins. The fruitful harvest comes to those who hold to their highest standards, and continue to defend and fight for their queen against all odds. But the question remains if their queen will hold to those high standards or choose to win at any cost. Ned Stark’s high standards started this round of the game. Will the Iron Throne hold more of the same, or will a kinder, caring, sane ruler be placed? I would love to hear any thoughts on what’s to come!

I asked the cards “What intrigues will we witness tonight on Game of Thrones? The Game is Power. So the cards suggest that tonight, Brienne has a powerful decision to make. Sansa and Jon must determine if family and tradition is more important than new love. And what about Bran - the Three Eyed Raven? Will his sight be a help, a hindrance or be needed at all after the defeat of the Night King? More questions, always more questions!

I asked the cards “What do we need to know about the next episode of Game of Thrones (Season Eight Episode Three, which airs tonight)?” And pulled three cards – the Ten of Coins, The Ace of Coins, and The Five of Spears (Wands). The Epic Battle with the Whitewalkers is here and many will survive, some will not. The cards suggest a life and death battle, which leads to a new battle for the Iron Throne. With’s Jon’s new knowledge of his parentage, and his telling of it to Daenerys, the Game changed. The Ace of Coins hints at the vanquishing of the Whitewalkers as a new battle of resources is begun. Who exactly will continue to compete in the Game? Will the heirs Targaryen stay joined and consolidate their resources against the common foe? That’s the question to ask for next week, after the dust settles from the fight with the dead.
