❕UPDATE! As you know… I try my services out on myself before I offer them to my clients. I want to ensure what I’m offering is safe, effective and worth it financially for the results it provides.
So! I tried THESERA treatments on myself several times and here’s what I found.

My top advice on treating your skin right in the shower. 🚿
1. NOT TOO HOT! Yes, hot showers feel amazing- but water that’s too hot will dry out your skin and make irritated skin more irritated. 🥵
2. Your conditioner could be causing acne on your face AND body. Make sure to wash and condition hair THEN wash your face and body. You don’t want the oil from the conditioner sitting on your skin and clogging your pores. 🧼
3. Your loofa holds LOTS of bacteria! 🦠 Use a clean washcloth or clean silicone face and body scrubber for light exfoliation instead.
