Big cut and color for Amy today.

She came in wanting highlights today, but had half a heads worth of grown out Henna. If you don’t know, henna color is extremely staining hi and when trying to lighten it, it most likely will turn green. Actual green.

She came in, already wanting a big chop after attempting highlights herself and seeing the 6+ inches of green show up on those strands. I worked with her on color and placement, got her highlights and shadow root on, and any green tips left over had been lightened, toned and blended into the cut.

It was a big process but a great success! Thank you for trusting me with your hair Amy 🥰
