However, last-minute cancellations and no-shows have become more common, making it difficult to fill those appointment times. That impacts our stylists and prevents other clients from booking appointments they may have been waiting for.

We kindly ask that you take a moment to review our cancellation policy and help us by providing notice whenever possible.
