FAT BURN BLITZ!!

Is your weight coming off too slow or has the scale stopped moving for you? Here's a TWO WEEK PLAN that will help you get into a GREAT FAT BURN and jumpstart your program!

1. Follow 5&1 EXACTLY. Don't let anything cross your lips that isn't in your QuickStart Guide.

2. Forego extra condiments, snacks, sweeteners, diet sodas, and oils or seasonings for cooking (especially those that contain sodium).

3. Only choose items from the LEANEST categories for your Lean & Green (leanest meats and lowest carb greens). Avoid casseroles and other fancy recipes (even those from Sandy's Kitchen).

4. Drink at least half your body weight in OZ of water EVERY day. Track it.

5. Make sure you are getting your healthy fats in EVERY day.

6. Don't eat more than ONE BAR per day. Eat only POWDERED Fuelings.

7. Get at least 7-8 hours of QUALITY sleep per night (http://www.womenshealthmag.com/weight-loss/sleep-weight-loss).

8. If you are exercising, take a break. Limit it to very moderate activity (i.e. Walking) 3 times per week for no longer than 30 minutes. If you can eliminate it all together for these two weeks, that's the best plan.

Follow EVERYTHING on the list above for TWO WEEKS and only weight yourself ONCE per week... on Day 8 & Day 15!

Let your coach know you are doing this Fat Burn Blitz so they can help provide accountability! Don't go it alone!

You will be AMAZED at what happens with your body!!!
