I want to start doing a routine like this once a week. It's a buttkicker, but it's "different" in that we're focusing on agility and not just strength and cardio etc. This incorporates some of the Tai Chi chair workouts and some other programs!
Just like the military or Marching Band, here's where we're kicking off the parade / week with a quality beginning, setting the pace and then moving out!

This is a workout routine you can do in your hotel room with your suitcase, the plastic laundry bag they give you, and some towels. You ready? Here we go!
That's what my Master Gunny called me when we worked out together. I named this routine after that moniker in light of the buttkicking dynamic represented by this routine. A lot of new exercises...!

What are you doing tomorrow, Friday, May 8th? It's supposed to be great weather! From 4:00 PM till 7:00 PM at Settlers Coffee in Tollgate, they're featuring live music and it should be a lot of fun!
Bruce Gust is a former national recording artist and he does a solo act where he's playing drums and singing at the same time accompanied by tracks. The result? A parade of tunes ranging from the Doobie Brothers to Keith Urban!
Come out and enjoy some coffee and some great music and kick your weekend off with some quality grooves and some great coffee!
