Hi, I'm Amy, a Licensed Massage Therapist, and I believe everyone deserves time to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.
My goal is to create a peaceful, welcoming space where you can leave the stress of the day behind and truly relax. Every massage is customized to your individual needs, whether you're looking for soothing relaxation, relief from everyday tension, or deeper therapeutic work.
I specialize in relaxation and Swedish massage to promote calm and overall well-being, as well as deep tissue techniques to help ease muscle tension and improve mobility.
Your comfort is always my priority. I take the time to listen to what your body needs and tailor each session so you can leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and renewed.
