Whether you’re sending your teen back to school or just ready for a seasonal refresh yourself, this time of year is perfect for brightening up your color. Highlights are one of my favorite ways to add dimension without committing to a high maintenance look. By placing the lightness strategically, we can create a softer grow out that keeps your hair looking beautiful between appointments. Getting to do this sweet girl’s hair is extra special because I’ve known her since she was a baby, so seeing her head into another school year with a fresh new look definitely tugs at my heart a little. 🖤

Every so often, someone will ask me if I’ve done anything different lately and I then have to try to remember past yesterday 😆 so I present to you all, something different I’ve done recently! This was so much fun to do for my client; photographing it was a bit less so. I’m still working on my backdrop wall and lighting, but I couldn’t pass up documenting this one 🤩

The last few weeks have been full of long days, little details, and a whole lot of intention behind the scenes while getting settled into the new suite. It’s still evolving, but it’s finally starting to feel like the experience I’ve wanted to create for my clients for a long time.

I’m excited to start sharing more of the space soon 🥳 yes, a full suite reveal is definitely coming 👀
