To my valued clients,

I wanted to share some news with you. After much reflection, I’ve decided to pursue new opportunities outside of the hair industry and Hair Haus Studio. This past year has been filled with ups and downs, growth, and moments of deep introspection. Unfortunately, I’ve realized that I’m not sure I retain the passion that should be there for hair and that I am yearning to pour back into my own cup.

This decision hasn’t been easy for me. My career in hair has been incredibly rewarding, bringing wonderful clients like all of you into my life, many of whom have become friends. However, as of May 3, 2024, I will no longer be working at Hair Haus Studio. I’ve accepted a position as assistant bar and beverage cart manager at Pigeon Creek Golf Course, along with an exciting personal assistant role that allows me to work remotely and spend more time with my daughter Ivy and family.

If you have an appointment scheduled after May 3 and would like to reschedule it before then, appointments will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. I’ll be reaching out to everyone with pre-booked appointments to provide recommendations for other trusted stylists or salons to make this transition as smooth as possible.

Each of you has been the foundation of my career, and I am profoundly grateful for your support and trust over the years. Thinking of all my clients brings tears to my eyes; you’re all incredibly special to me. While I’m closing this chapter of my career, I’m filled with excitement for what the future holds for Ivy and I.

If you have any questions or concerns about appointments, please don’t hesitate to contact me directly. I have suggestions for alternative options within the salon, or I can provide your color formulas to assist in finding a new stylist.

We come to you with heavy hearts and a strong sense of community as we share the news about Erin, Morgan aka ’s mom who has recently been diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer. This journey is undoubtedly challenging, as the cancer has affected her uterus, ovaries, abdominal lining, liver, and colon. On November 28th, Erin courageously embarked on her first intense round of chemotherapy.

Erin is not only a fellow hairstylist, but also the proud owner of Blondies in Shelby. A dedicated and hardworking individual, her doctor has advised her to put her work on hold during this crucial time.
