When I decided to start my solo esthetics journey and opened Kind Esthetics, one of the biggest things I wanted was to feel confident and educated so I could truly give my clients the best care and guidance possible.
Training with Face Reality and becoming a certified acne expert was one of the best investments I could have made for myself, my business, and my clients.

The past few years have taught me so much about treating acne, building genuine client relationships, and growing my business into what it is today. I can’t wait to mentor fellow estheticians to share what I’ve learned, and help others grow and thrive too.

Being chosen as an ambassador is such a full circle moment for me, and I’m so grateful and proud to work alongside so many brilliant people in the skincare industry.

Thank you so so much to everyone here for all of your support and encouragement over the years. Every client who has trusted me with their skin has played a part in this journey, and I truly wouldn’t be here without you.

I’m definitely guilty of using less product to make it last longer… but here’s why that can actually cost you more $$$ 😬

Using the recommended amount is what allows your products to actually work the way they’re meant to.

Take acne med (benzoyl peroxide) for example -
A nickel sized amount is recommended so there’s enough coverage for your full face. This ensures your pores are properly oxygenated, helping kill acne causing bacteria to stop breakouts in their tracks.

When you use less than that, the product can’t perform as effectively… which means breakouts can linger longer (aka more time, more treatments, more money)

So while it might feel like you’re saving product, you could actually be prolonging your results 👀

Most people don’t realize there’s a difference between your skin being dry and being dehydrated.

Dry skin means it’s lacking oil, while dehydration means it’s lacking water.
That’s why it can feel like your moisturizer isn’t doing enough. Your moisturizer is likely oil based and supporting your skin in that way, but to support hydration levels, your skin needs water too.

That’s where a water based gel or serum comes in ✨
