A friendly reminder that I do have cancellation policies. 🙏 Please be mind full when you make your appointments and when you receive your reminders. I do my very best to make sure that you know you have an upcoming appointment with me with enough time to change it if need be.
I will be closed Tuesday 1/21 and Wednesday1/22 since most of Houston will be frozen over.🥶🧊❄️ Thursday 1/23 is still questionable depending on how well the roads recover. Stay warm and safe my friends. 💜🙏
¤Cancer can suck an egg!¤
I was at MD Anderson to say goodbye to a client with a very aggressive form of brain cancer. A few of the family members who were there seemed surprised that "her hairstylist" came by. Not in a snobby way, but in a wow kinda way. Some people don't understand the relationship that can develop over time in a stylist chair.
I have had the honor of having so many of you in my chair, in my heart and in my life for 10,15,20, 25+ years now. You have become like extended family. I've shared the excitement of wedding days, finding out your going to be parents for the first time, aging parents, divorces, death of loved ones, hurricanes, floods, fires and more all throughout the years.
Saying goodbye is never easy, I am going to miss Cat( That was her nickname) terribly. I was glad to be there, and honored to have known her for the years I did.
I want you all to know just how deeply grateful and honored I am that we have spent these years together. And that you have trusted me with not only your hair, but bits of your hearts too. Thank you. 🙏💜

Hooray! Power has been restored to Lisa Lang Salon Moxie ! Go online or text me to book your appointments. For Those who had to reschedule from earlier this week, I will be contacting you shortly.
Power is still out at the salon and here at the house. 🥵 No word yet on when the lights will be turned back on. I will contact you if we have appointments scheduled in the coming days. Hope you all have faired well through all of this. Hoping to be back in my cold happy place soon!
