People often ask what makes Lynn’s Table special, and for me, the answer has always been about more than what’s on the plate.

Lynn’s Table is the heart of more than 30 years Chef Matt and I have spent in the restaurant business. We’ve built our lives around food, hospitality, and the belief that some of the best moments happen around a table.

When we created Lynn’s Table in Old Town Spring, we wanted it to feel different. Not just a place to come for a meal, but a place where people feel genuinely welcomed. A place to slow down, visit with friends, celebrate something special, or simply enjoy an afternoon on the porch with good food and good company.

Chef Matt and I bring our years of experience and love of cooking into our kitchen every day. Whether it’s one of our HeartBrand Akaushi burgers, a fresh-made sandwich, a bowl of scratch-made soup, one of our weekly dinner features, or something sweet from our dessert case, fudge counter, or Tillamook ice cream, we believe the details matter.

But our mission goes beyond serving good food.

We want Lynn’s Table to be part of the community we call home. We want to know our guests, support our neighbors and fellow small businesses, and create the kind of place where someone walks through the door for the first time and eventually becomes a familiar face.

Those are the moments I love most—seeing friends gathered around a table, watching someone discover a new favorite dish, hearing laughter coming from the porch, and looking around the dining room and realizing how many friendships have grown here over the years.

Owning a small business is a labor of love. Matt and I pour a lot of ourselves into Lynn’s Table, and we are incredibly grateful for every person who chooses to walk through our doors and be part of our story.

I just wanted to say thank you to all my clients today.
The sadness of losing my Bella has been heavy. Today was just a sad day for me and that is ok. It’s ok to feel your feelings and eat the cupcake and cookie your sweet clients bring you. I appreciate the conversations and the hugs and the support. ❤️❤️❤️
