The salon continued to be operated under the Hairline name until 2003 when the name was finally changed to Ruscello's Salon. Julie Ruscello, owner & manager of Ruscello's, has been in the beauty & hair salon business for 30+ years. Julie graduated from Western Hills Beauty Academy in Cincinnati. She has worked as a licensed cosmetologist & salon manager for multiple hair salons including Phyllis A

Recently Verizon has stopped allowing us to send out confirmation text messages to our clients. This is also affecting other carriers that use Verizon towers such as AT&T and Spectrum. Due to this we are no longer able to send out confirmation text messages to our clients. If you used to receive these texts please call our salon and we will set you up with phone call or email reminders instead. We apologize for the inconvenience and are doing our best to make sure that everyone still receives a reminder for their appointment moving forward. Thank you for your understanding.
