Ruscello's Salon

The salon continued to be operated under the Hairline name until 2003 when the name was finally changed to Ruscello's Salon. Julie Ruscello, owner & manager of Ruscello's, has been in the beauty & hair salon business for 30+ years. Julie graduated from Western Hills Beauty Academy in Cincinnati. She has worked as a licensed cosmetologist & salon manager for multiple hair salons including Phyllis At The Madison in Hyde Park. Julie & Tony Ruscello moved to the Springboro area in 1990 and have been active members of the Springboro community ever since. Their three children were born in Springboro and attended Springboro schools. After moving to Springboro, Julie operated her own home daycare and also worked at Springboro Preschool Discovery before going back to work as a chemical specialist at Hairline Salon. Julie's vision for Ruscello's salon is to create a warm, friendly & comfortable atmosphere for her customers and to provide top quality hair & facial waxing services & products at reasonable prices.
