Did you know that in addition to being a massage therapist, I’m also a health coach? I got my certification 2 years ago this month. I wanted to expand my skills and personal education as a way to help support others in creating lasting lifestyle changes. I currently work alongside Dr. Danielle Hofer, BCND and coach her patients - offering a foundational holistic approach, making realistic food choices/swaps, educating on ingredients, and leading monthly coaching calls.
