Backstory I have done her hair for years, color correction, highlights, and sometimes just an all over color. She moved away so when she’s in town we usually do something. This time she messaged me asking to get her in while she was here. I had no clue that she’d gone to Sally’s and got color, and as you can see it pulled red and the highlights we had done a few sessions ago turned a little pink. So when she walked im i was a little surprised. Never have we done red and I believe she said this was the first time she had ever colored it red (it was accidental) she bought what she thought was more of a brown color. Needless to say I managed to get the highlights more even put in a deeper more vibrant color , toned the highlights and did a conditioning treatment, we were both very happy withthe wayit turned out.
