Gave my momma a much needed and well deserved maintenance a few weeks back. It’s wild what a cut and toner can do for someone’s overall look and feel. ✨ I’ve been doing this for 6 years now and the energy shift from start of appointment to the end NEVER gets old for me. **Caregivers, please take the time to give yourself some love and kindness. You pour from your cup all day everyday for everyone else. Small acts like a hair cut and toner can fill your cup back up so you’re not pouring from an empty cup with nothing left over for yourself or your loved ones. Nurses are the worst patients, hair stylists are the worst clients, and well caregivers are the worst at caring for themselves. (generally from my experience, not always)
It takes a village sometimes to get through life. If you have a caregiver in your life you know is need of a service of love or care, get their butts in the car and take them to an appointment. Whether it be a mani/pedi, a facial, a massage, a walk in nature, anything that takes an hour out of their day to be still and fully relax. Remind them what it’s like to be cared for. 🫶🏻 - This goes for anyone really. We all deserve self love and kindness.

Had to post two angles with this one because it’s just too yummy not to. 🤤🥵 Alexus has such a beautiful head of hair and I’m so blessed she only trusts me with it. ✨🫶🏻 We did a custom blonding package for a bright and lived in color. It had been 8 months since her last visit and she could easily go that long again before her next. Perks of blended dimension. 😋
