The Mother's Womb would like to wish all men a Happy Men's Mental Health Awareness Month! 💙
This month serves as an important reminder that your mental health matters. It is not a sign of weakness to speak up, ask for help, or share how you're feeling. Your voice matters, your words matter, and your feelings are valid.
Know that you are valued, appreciated, and loved. Together, let's continue to break the stigma surrounding men's mental health and create spaces where men feel supported, heard, and empowered.

Some postpartum care with a fun set of twins this weekend! 💛👶🏽👶🏽
This weekend our Head Doula, Shanice, had the pleasure of supporting a wonderful family with their adorable 4-month-old twins. Postpartum support is all about helping lighten the load so families can focus on rest, bonding, and recovery.
Some of the support provided included:
✨ Cleaning dishes
✨ Assisting during bath time
✨ Diaper changes
✨ Meal prep for the week
✨ Store runs & household support
Every family deserves care, support, and a village during the postpartum period, and we are so grateful to be a part of that journey. Here are some fun moments from our weekend together! 🍼💙

A Client Testimonial: Kasia Taylor
" Shanice was a tremendous help throughout my pregnancies with both of my boys. She made sure I was aware of everything I needed to know regarding the medical field and the rights I had as both a mother and a patient. She not only gave me the knowledge to speak up for myself and my babies, but also the confidence to do so.
She was also an incredible support when it came to breastfeeding. Honestly, I’m not sure I would have continued if it wasn’t for her encouragement. She motivated me to keep trying and gave me the reassurance I needed during feeding times. There were several moments when I wanted to give up, but she continued to support and uplift me every step of the way. Whenever I needed her, she was always just a phone call away.
Thank you, Shanice and The Mother’s Womb, for all of the care, dedication, and hard work you put into your services. We truly appreciate everything you have done for our family!"
