My whole career I’ve watched owners of salons. Some do it well others maybe not so much. But it’s their own style.
Me, I just want to build my people up, help them build their business the way they want to.
We all get along well, laugh, have a good time.
I think it’s important to take time together and not work. Saturday we did just that. We met up, had a paint party. Painted totes and welcome mats with our kids. It was so much fun.
I’m lucky to have these ladies in my circle. We missed Mazy though, She was out there hustling, we will make sure she gets to come next time!
