To make sure I can accommodate everyone fairly and keep things running smoothly, I am introducing a new booking and cancellation policy.

Here is what you need to know before your next visit:

Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This goes directly toward your service cost!

48-Hour Notice: Need to change your plans? Cancel or reschedule before 48 hours to carry over or refund your deposit. Under 48 hours, the deposit is forfeited.

No-Shows & Late Arrivals: No-shows forfeit the deposit. If you are 15+ minutes late, your service may be shortened or canceled so the next client isn’t delayed.

Emergencies & Sickness: Life happens! If you are sick or have an emergency, please text or call me ASAP at 217-414-5536 so we can handle it with care.
