📣 UPDATE FOR ALL CLIENTS 📣

There are a few things I want to touch base on and remind everyone!
I am currently booking into April and availability is becoming very limited. Please make sure to prebook your appointments to secure a spot that best fits for you.

I’ve been doing my best to accommodate everyone by staying late or rearranging my schedule last minute, but it’s starting to take away from my family time, personal life, and time that other clients could’ve used. I have to create a better balance moving forward. There has been an increase in last minute reschedules, and while I understand life happens, I am getting the short end of the stick entirely too often and other clients are missing out on times they could’ve had.

Because of this, I am strictly enforcing my policies going forward. My hours will be set, and the latest appointment I will accept is 4pm. Once I am done for the day, I am done - I’m no longer staying late. Rescheduling your appointment within 48hrs will have a fee added.

•Last minute reschedules will incur a $20 fee.
•No shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. After 2 no shows, you will be blocked from booking with me, there’s no reason us adults can’t communicate to one another and not waste each others time or money.

I apologize to anyone who this might affect moving forward, but I have to do this for my family and myself. Thank you all for your continued support and understanding. 🤍

Just a friendly reminder to wash your lashes and keep makeup OFF them.. or I’ll keep my tweezers OFF you. 😌 You don’t show up to your dentist appointment with Cheeto dust in your teeth.. so don’t show up to me with makeup in your lashes 😂🙃 but for real, keeping your lashes clean will prolong the life of your lash extensions and the health of your natural lashes. I offer lash soap for $10.

I’ve been lenient on my policy with people wearing makeup to appointments but it’s time to put my foot down after a recent incident. Minimal face makeup is fine to appointments - life is busy, I get it. But if you are intentionally applying mascara to your lash extensions, I will not continue servicing you. I do not have time to clean and pick through your makeup and oil buildup and not to mention it just cuts into your service time to get your lashes filled. Do us both a favor, keep them clean, and if you want MORE to your lashes then simply request to move up with me. Thank you!
