Yesterday’s team meeting was a great one! We had a lot of fun with a Kahoot review, but we also talked about what matters most… taking great care of our clients.

We’re now welcoming over 200 new clients every month and serving nearly 800 clients each month. We’re incredibly grateful for every single one of you, especially our loyal regulars who trust us year-round.

As we continue to grow, our focus is making every visit as smooth as possible. That means asking clients to arrive on time and making sure our service providers stay on schedule, so we can respect everyone’s appointment time.

One thing we’ve learned is that we don’t really have a “slow season.” While fall and winter tend to slow down for many businesses, our incredible regulars combined with hundreds of new clients each month keep us busy all year long.
