What a year it has been.

Every year has it's struggles. But this year, was especially hard. Earlier in the year at the height of my health battles, I struggled mentally, physically & spiritually. I had to work hard to dig myself out of that place. I am still learning but I learned a lot in that process.

One things is, you HAVE to make yourself STOP.✋️

It can be such a hard concept for us because we constantly feel like we have to GO. You might be thinking, "If I stop, then how do I go?"

But here's the thing, we weren't meant to just constantly go & if you don't take time to stop then you might be FORCED to like I did.

Also, you miss out on so much when you don't stop...

If you take time to stop, then when you go, chances are you will be more effective.

Our minds & bodies need that time to rest & sometimes to process. Take those moments seriously.

I am running towards stopping this year.

Stop to see.
Stop to taste.
Stop to smell.
Stop to hear.
Stop to touch.
Stop to process.
Stop to read.
Stop to worship.
