What is the difference between a lip flip and lip filler? This is a very common question! Let me explain..

✨Lip flip✨

4-6 units of Neuromodulator, such as Botox, Jeuveau, Dysport, injected just above the lip to relax a muscle in the upper lip, causing the lip to "flip" and giving the appearance of a fuller upper lip. Its frequently used to help with a gummy smile or disappearing lip when you smile. Results vary depending on individual anatomy but are usually subtle.

Injectable hyaluronic acid (HA), a sugar that occurs naturally in your body, that is injected directly into the lip. This substance takes a gel form that adds temporary volume. It can be used to increase lip size, add hydration, correct asymmetry, or adjust the ratio of the top and bottom lips. Usually lasts about 12 months.
