This is 6 weeks of growth with builder gel on the natural nails. While I don’t typically recommend going this long between maintenance appointments, life happens and sometimes schedules get busy.

Even after 6 weeks, the builder gel remained intact and the nail art gems held on beautifully. This is a great example of the strength, durability, and wearability that builder gel can provide when properly applied and cared for.

The first photo shows the growth at the appointment, and the second photo is after her fresh service. 💕

Builder gel is an excellent option for clients looking to add strength to their natural nails while still maintaining a natural look and feel.

✨ Natural Nail Appreciation Post ✨

This client started her natural nail journey with me a few months ago. When we first began, we used acrylic enhancements to help protect her nails while they grew out and to prevent breakage during the process.

A common misconception is that acrylics automatically damage your nails. When applied, maintained, and removed properly, they can actually be a great tool for growing out healthy natural nails.

These photos show her natural nails after a fresh soak-off and prep appointment. Her nails are healthy, strong, and have grown beautifully! 💕

To continue providing strength and support, we chose to do an acrylic overlay, but this growth and length is all hers!

One thing I don’t post about very often is the process of growing out natural nails. 💅✨

Sadly, I didn’t get a before photo, but we started with virtually no free edge or length. To help create a foundation, we used Gel-X extensions and completed about three fills before safely soaking them off.

The first photo shows her natural nails immediately after the soak-off and prep work. The second photo shows the builder gel application after shaping and refining everything. And of course, the final photo is the finished result! 🤍

This is a great example of how healthy nail growth takes time, consistency, and the right products. Extensions can be a tool to help protect and support your natural nails while they grow, and builder gel helps maintain strength once that length is achieved.

Patience + proper maintenance = beautiful natural nails. ✨

Hey everyone! I’ll be making a small schedule adjustment starting immediately to better support my family schedule during the summer months.

🗓 Updated availability:

* Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
* No weekends
* Wednesdays remain closed
* New morning start times will be 9:30 AM for future bookings
* Evening appointments now available up to 5:00–5:30 PM

Please note: any appointments already scheduled at 9:00 AM will still be honored at that time.

This is a temporary summer schedule change, and I will return to my normal schedule once fall routines and sports pick back up.

Evening spots are very limited and will be offered on a first come, first serve basis.

My books are filling up quickly for June and July, so if you haven’t scheduled your appointments yet, now is a great time to do so!

Just a reminder, I will be out of town June 23rd–25th. Because of that, appointments during the weeks surrounding those dates will likely book up faster than usual. I will also only be working a half day on June 23rd.
