Lisa | Stylist — $85/hr | Wednesdays
Master colorist + blowout specialist. Silk presses, beautiful blowouts, long layered cuts, dimensional color, transformations — Lisa can truly do it all.
Milo | Stylist — $85/hr
Officially graduated from Stylist in Training to STYLIST 🙌 Lived-in color, soft blondes, rich brunettes, gray coverage, vivids + incredible cutting, especially on curly hair.
Kylie | Stylist in Training — $70/hr
Confident, adventurous and SO good with color. Kylie is taking haircut clients + color models and loves getting creative.
Getchine | Stylist in Training — $70/hr
BOMB blowouts, beautiful color and currently growing even deeper into balayage, highlights, blended color + vivids across all textures. Also accepting color models.
Sam | $70/hr for curly styling + braiding
We got a BRAIDER in the buildingggg 👏🏽 ! Sam’s curl sets will have you looking good ALL WEEK. She also does beautiful braiding for adults and kids — so bring yourself, bring the babies, bring the whole crew.
Model pricing may vary depending on the service and education opportunity.

When we built Milk Honey Soul, Steph and I wanted to create a place where artists had room to live their actual lives, to ebb and flow, to pick up when they can, pull back when they need to, and know that their career will still be here supporting them through every season.
Because life happens outside of the salon.
And we believe when artists are given the freedom and flexibility to show up for their lives, they’re able to show up more present, more inspired, and more themselves behind the chair.

Let’s simplify one of the most confusing conversations in hair care.
Moisture and protein are not enemies. Hair needs both.
But here’s what I see all the time: people trying to solve problems they don’t actually have.
Protein treatments have become incredibly popular, and while they can be helpful for hair that has been heavily compromised by chemical services, heat damage, or excessive breakage, many people are adding protein to healthy hair simply because they heard they should.
Hair is already made up primarily of protein.
If your hair is relatively healthy and hasn’t been heavily chemically treated, there’s a good chance you don’t need a dedicated protein treatment at all.
Hair that truly needs protein often tells you. It may feel weak, overly stretchy when wet, struggle to hold a style, or show signs of significant damage.
Most of the time, we’re not dealing with a protein deficiency.
We’re dealing with a moisture issue.
Think of moisture as hydration and flexibility.
Water is the ultimate moisturizer. Staying hydrated, washing regularly, and choosing products that use water as a primary ingredient can all help support healthy, manageable hair.
Before adding another treatment, ask yourself:
Am I solving a problem I actually have?
Because sometimes the healthiest thing you can do for your hair is stop trying to fix it.
