Tomorrow's my birthday! I could definitely use a little fun right now, and looking forward to having some family and friends time this weekend ❤️

Me? Nostalgic. I've been looking back at different versions of myself, my family, my younger years, and the things and people that made me who I am.

"I didn’t know that hurt until you touched it.” Ahhh yes… one of my favorite sentences as a massage therapist. 😂
You know what I always say? Your body knows things your brain conveniently ignores.
That little knot? That shoulder that’s been “fine”? That spot you swear doesn’t hurt until I put my thumb on it? 👀
Yeah. We found it. 😂
Sometimes your body has been trying to get your attention for a while… you just needed someone to translate.

It’s officially my BIRTHDAY WEEK! 🎉🥳
