Finally got a full 4 days in this week. Its important that I remain consistent after being released to train again. My focus is getting back My strength and creating building blocks where my body fell weak due to injuries. Weightloss comes naturally so while I build muscle, I focus on maintaining my nutrition so that I am prepared for when it time to shred!
