Hey Beautiful clients,
Thank you to all of our wonderful loyal clients for your unwavering support during the last year. As blessed as we all are it has been a difficult time for all.

As ever, we want to provide the best and safest service possible, so we will have a small increase on prices for our services due to inflation and necessary overhead needed to run the salon. I know you all are feeling the sting of price increases everywhere you look, we have postponed our increase for as long as we can.

We greatly appreciate your support and we hope you all will understand our need to implement this increase.

Also wanted to touch on the high demand for appointments especially afternoon appointments. Please give your stylist a couple weeks grace on trying to get you in. I promise we do our absolute best to get everyone in asap! I know things come up with kids and things out of your control please if you have to cancel give as much notice as you can ( at least 24hrs if possible).

PLEASE READ!
As you may or may not know, we have decided to open the salon on Tuesday, April 28th. In accordance to the guidelines set forth by the state we will be operating differently. Please note the following changes:
🌸 Each stylist will have only one person in the salon at a time. Meaning, the only person allowed in is the person sitting in the stylist’s chair; if you need to accompany your child during their haircut we ask for only 1 parent to do so.
🌸 You are asked to remain in your car until your stylist comes and gets you, you may sit on the bench outside but remember social distancing😊
🌸 We will have longer times between clients so that we can adequately clean the space;
🌸 Each stylist will be wearing a mask as part of their personal protection. We ask you to do the same;
🌸 When you make your appointment, please inform your stylist if you have been sick with any illness. We reserve the right to decide whether you can make the appointment or you need to wait;
🌸 We will not be preforming any waxing service until further notice;
🌸 Payments should be check,Venmo, Zelle or exact change if using cash. We are trying not to use Square to cut down on credit card exchange;
🌸 If you are coming in for just a haircut we ask for you to shampoo ahead of time if possible to limit face to face contact;
🌸 You will need to wash your hands when entering the salon. We will have hand sanitizer also!

🌸 We feel if these guidelines are practiced we can keep each other safe. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to seeing each and everyone of you.

First I want to say thank you for your patience and understanding over the last month,This is been a trying time for all. We are so ready to get back behind our chairs and get back to business! After a lot of thought and prayer we have decided to reopen on Tuesday, April 28,with this will come a new salon experience for us and our clients. We will be working by appointment only and limiting one client per stylist at a time. We are asking when you come for your appointment you stay in your car until we are ready for you. We will be following strict sanitation guidelines for our safety and for yours. Please please please if you aren’t feeling well or exhibit any signs of illness please cancel your appointment!
We will be contacting everyone that missed their appointment to get them rescheduled please keep in mind we will do our absolute best to get everyone in as soon as we can please be patient. If you are hesitant to come back in the salon now we understand completely We want everyone to be comfortable and come at your own pace!
Sorry for the long post just know your business is so important to us and we are excited to get back to our new normal!

This makes us so sad but as of today Friday March 27th Hey Beautiful Salon will be temporary closed due to the state of emergency order in place for the city of Springfield. We want all of you to know how very important your business is to us and we are so sorry for the inconvenience! But at this time I know this is the right thing to do for our families and ours clients safety! We want you all to stay safe and healthy! Enjoy your time with your family because honestly in situations like this it puts everything in perspective ...family and health is most important! I also ask all of you to pray for our healthcare workers and people on the front line as you all know I have a new nurse at my house she is handling this like a boss but as her mom I’m scared to death for her so please remember her in your prayers❤️ We hope this crazy time will pass sooner than later and let us get back to doing what we love making you guys pretty & handsome!
