The end of an era.
It’s been an amazing 2 years working at Sola Salons Springfield. Here’s some of the memories from the past years. 💕

As many of you know, Dax and I had a pretty rough car accident September 2022. Since then I’ve been struggling with daily work task due to my injuries.

It’s with a heavy heart that I make this post.
I’ve known this day was coming for almost two years, but I really didn’t expect it to come so soon.
I have decided to close Blush & Bashful Beauty Co.

I can no longer keep up with the rigorous strain this job puts on my body. I truly love what I do. I love my clients. I love being a part of their lives just as much as they are of mine.

When I opened blush and bashful, I vowed that “my personal tragedy will not interfere with my ability to do good hair.” As the great Annelle Dupuy Desoto says in Steel Magnolias.
I can no longer say that.

As of May 31, 2024 my salon will be closed. I want to thank everyone who has been part of my story.
TRULY, thank you from the bottom of my heart. 💕

CLIENTS: I have several stylists that I can refer you to if you need help fining someone that will treat you like I did. And as always, if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact me.

It's just hair - I was a part of your wedding.

It's just hair - I was your child's first haircut.

It's just hair - I was there for your first date.

It's just hair - I was there for their funeral.

It's just hair- I was there for your graduation.

It's just hair- I was there when you didn't like the way you looked.

It's just hair- when you got offered your dream job and nobody else knew but me and you!

It's just hair- when you met the person of your dreams and they told you they loved you for the very first time!

It's just hair- when all you wanted in the whole world is a hug from your hair stylist because you knew they'd give it to you with open arms!

It's just hair- when you lost your job and didn't know what you were going to do.

It's just hair- when you were getting a divorce and just needed to feel better about yourself.

It's just hair- when you had a terrible day and looked forward to being able to vent without being judged.

It's just hair- when you are about to go on vacation and can't wait to tell me all about it on your next visit.

It's just hair - when you were expecting your first child. And I was a safe person to be able to tell.

It's not "just hair" Never has been and never will be!

I love what I do. And I love my clients.
