Cindy has also built incredible relationships with her students, earning their trust and respect along the way. And if you ask any of them about their favorite time of year, they'll probably tell you it's her Halloween makeup class! From creative special effects makeup to spooky hairstyles, Cindy brings excitement, creativity, and hands-on learning into the classroom, making it a memorable experience that students look forward to every year. 🎃

Over the weekend, some of our MTI Cosmetology educators and campus leadership team members had the opportunity to attend Meeting of the Minds (MOTM) in Wichita, Kansas alongside Prosper U and The Vitality Project. 👏✨

Throughout the conference, educators explored engaging classroom strategies, student-focused learning approaches, and new ways to support today’s evolving generation of learners, especially non-traditional students guided by educators with real industry experience. 💪📚

Teams also had the opportunity to tour Eric Fischer Academy and hear from Eric Fisher, Founder & CEO of Prosper U, about creating educational environments that inspire both students and educators. Sessions throughout the event focused on engagement, wellness, educator development, and creating positive student experiences both inside and outside of the classroom. 🌟

MTI's Cosmetology Instructors from Moline, IL & Springfield, MO, alongside schools from across the country, our teams are returning with fresh ideas, renewed energy, and an even stronger passion for helping students succeed. 💙🙌
