Today, I am experiencing a multitude of emotions as we gather to commemorate the life of a valued customer who not only entrusted me with his children but also his grandchildren. Your presence today has united us in honoring the exceptional individual you were. I still expect to see you strolling along route 106 daily. I can only imagine the depth of sorrow felt by those who miss you every day. Rest in peace, Gary.

Navigating semi-retirement is an individualized experience, and there is no set guideline or rule books. It's a process of learning as you go, I guess. Going on vacation has a different feel when you only work two days a week. Most days, I feel like I'm on vacation every week, and I need to pinch myself.
I will be back in the shop on May 7th.

When you realize that you have less life in front of you than behind you…you think about things differently.
