I love this subtle pinky/purple mauve for upcoming springtime, the soft look of this syrup gel is to die for! It has such an airy and light feel to it, and it seriously goes with anything. Syrup gel blends in so nicely to the natural nail versus an opaque color, I cannot recommend it enough!

It really does feel like springtime already, with so many early spring flowers starting to bloom. I’ve found daffodils, lilacs, grape hyacinths, and a few trees with blossoms so far! 🌸🌷🪻

I used Clear GMS+ and Frosted Build It here! Frosted is a bit more of a milky white sheer shade after it’s cured, which I think is super pretty.

March nails are starting off strong with these beautiful green French tips! This is such a soothing and GORGEOUS color, I adore this nail set, it’s seriously so lovely. Her natural nails are so stunning with this shape as well! 💚🍀🌿

For these nails I used Clear Give Me Strength PLUS as my base, and Build It Crème Brûlée for the structure and for that beautiful neutral n**e shade ☺️ I reaaaally need to get another gel pot of Build It in this shade before I run out again, LOL. It has a more opaque coverage and it’s definitely well loved!

Upcoming BIRTHDAY NAILSSSS for the AMAZING, beautiful, wonderful, fabulous, and sweet .e !! 🎉🍀💚 She found the CUTEST inspo set and we had to recreate it! These colors suit her so well, I looove the turquoise and green inverted design for March. 🌱💙 And the little flowers are so darling !! We also did a bit of a chop on the length of her nails, who doesn’t love a nice little refresh? ☺️

I made a change to the overhead lamp I use, (it tragically burned out, LOL💔) and so now I’m back to the classic round lamp after using a slim line bar light for so long! Now to readjust to something “new” hehe. 🤭 During my apprenticeship we used the cute round lamps so it’s fun to go back to it again! Now I’m on a lamp ramble…. ANYWAYS. 🤣

For my base, I used Clear Give Me Strength PLUS, and Build It Crème Brûlée for structure! I love the tilted Build It, it’s so lovely to work with (you can work on multiple nails at a time) but it’s such a helpful tool to have since it already lays down a gorgeous base color before you go in with any gel polish. I’m already due to order another pot in this shade!

Pink chrome and cateye heart nails I did on myself in celebration of my birthday yesterday 💞🎂💖 I love them SO much, they look like heart balloons 🎈I had to match the color to my favorite pink clothes, in the name of FUN heheh! Also, a little tidbit — I got my nail technician license on my birthday, I’ve officially been licensed for TWO years!!! I’ve truly learned SO much and strive to improve & keep learning every day!

The heart cateye design will forever be my favorite! If you’re a nail tech, then you’re aware of the pure struggle of this trend and the DIY attempts to create the heart magnet 😂 The easiest way I’ve found to do it is from using Magpie’s cat eye magnet, since it comes with both a strong magnet and the little bar that creates the heart effect (so no endless time spent on twisting or bending paperclips LOL) alongside a more satin/velvet cateye gel! I used Strawberry Water from for this subtle pink set 💗✨

My base gel is Magpie’s GMS+ Clear with a thin builder layer of Sweet Cheeks Build It, which has the prettiest pink with sparkles in it! Chromed with their iconic Glazed chrome for a more pink/blue sheer overlay, encapsulated with GMS+ Clear, and finished with the heart cateye layer !! This is my favorite way to layer chrome and cateye together to create a more dimensional and shiny look without overpowering one element over another. It allows the glitter particles from the magnet gel to stay bright without being dulled out or hidden by a layer of chrome dust on top. I’ve found that depending on the cateye gel you use, they’re usually sheer enough to have the chrome shine through from underneath and be able to show off both stunning elements! It totally depends on what look you’re going for, but this is one of my favorite “styles” to use! Soft & sparkly hehe.

Loooove this color combo of Mrs. Claws cateye and Hono Lulu for the purple frenchies and red sparkling hearts 😍💜❤️ Magpie gels are so creamy and the pigments are CHEF’S KISS everytime!

These nails make me feel like going on a cute valentines picnic in the sun! I love the little subtle strawberries, gingham, hearts, lil frenchies, bows, and lace designs. And I looooove this milky white color, it has a tiny amount of sparkle in it too! Way too cute for Valentine’s Day 💘

I love how this pink syrup gel I used has a super light yet rich look to it, it’s perfect for layering yet maintaining nuance, and I feel like it goes with these designs perfectly! She found this nail design on Pinterest and we had to recreate it for February.
