Well, we did it! We sold our home is Missouri early January and bought a new home in Riverview Florida! 🏝️

The week after we left it was -6 degrees in Missouri and low 70’s here.😎☀️ Love the Florida weather. We’ve already been to the beach several times…🏖️

People ask what brought us here… A desire to be close to our 4 grandkids was a big draw. We really want to participate in their lives! As empty nesters, it can be lonely. Kurt works from home still and I was able to find a new job right away here and love my co-workers at Wells Fargo.

The home search went quicker than expected and we found a beautiful new build that checked every box on our wish list in a great neighborhood thanks to a great realtor, Rachel Queen with Tampa Bay Home Choice. She has a “guy” for everything and has been extremely helpful. 💕

We met some of our neighbors on our many trips to visit during the construction process and they are all very nice and from many different states. Blessed beyond words🙏🏼💯
