With family and friends who have gone so far down this path im so happy to see these studies being done. I had severe back pain until I found massage therapy. LMT Tip of the Week - get a tens unit. so great for burning out muscles - almost feels like the muscle is glowing after - also if you are really good at checking in you can feel the size of the trigger point/it's exact location for self-care.
