Exploring options for bettering our mental health can be an important conversation to have with a trusted someone. Encourage the ones around you to seek support when needed, because this reminds us that emotional well-being is just as important as physical health.

By holding compassion and space for open conversations, we can create stronger, healthier communities where individuals feel supported, valued, and empowered to thrive! ☀️💪🙏

One of the biggest hurdles folks encounter when considering to add massage as a regular part of their health care routine is ACCESSIBILITY.

An open-minded, curious women in the massage chair today asked, “How can I make this more accessible to me?” I asked, “Have you heard of HSA or FSA?” She said, “We have HSA!” I told her to call them to see what they offered.

She came back 30 minutes later to tell me that she called HSA and they say with a doctor’s note that massages are covered!!

I’m so serious when I say this, I spent the next 3 hours telling each employee of the event that they had access to these resources that they didn’t know they had! Monthly massages, covered, and Indigo Massage & Wellnessess can even link your HSA for monthly promos 🙏

Don’t wait another day to prioritize your self-care! Contact your insurance or HSA/FSA office and advocate for access to your wellness benefits today!

I’ll be volunteering chair massage at the Kaufman Fund’s Golf Tourney fundraising event on July 20th 💆‍♀️ they are accepting donations for their silent auction until May 19th.

Think your help doesn’t make a difference?! Well it does!! Your donations go to help veterans in need!! Everything is a little easier with helping hands 🙌

Don't forget to bring your auction items to next week's golf committee meeting on May 19th!

Nervous system decompression needs to be a regular part of the daily routine. These ideas are no-cost activities that will keep the cost of health care down 🙌. Making them a priority in your life will keep pain levels low and maximize your energy!!

Wellness and nervous system regulation can absolutely be fancy— biohacking gadgets like vagal nerve stimulators, peptides, supplements.

And hey, I love them too; I’ve seen them work wonders for people chasing peak performance.

But the truth is, I recommend these free nervous system regulators to my telehealth patients just as often—like solid sleep routines, gentle walks in nature, or even breathing through a tough day without spiraling.

Those aren’t glamorous, but they’re essential game-changers for keeping your nervous system regulated and calm.

Sometimes, chasing the perfect protocol or the next thing to buy or consume or try means missing out on just being consistent with the simple stuff that’s already right there. Consistency is the ultimate biohack.
