What a busy morning! Four laps around the lake at O’Fallon Park, cut the grass, watered the garden, and now I’m already at work waiting for my next client. I’m here until 5 unless someone sneaks in for a last-minute appointment. Now I’m just hoping Mother Nature takes over tonight so I don’t have to water everything again

Nope. Your hair grows from your scalp, so cutting the ends doesn’t change how fast it grows.

But regular trims can stop split ends from traveling farther up the hair shaft and causing more breakage.

So while trims won’t make your hair grow faster, they can help you keep the length you’re growing.
